Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026. Short and plain.
This policy explains what information AI Pro Solutions ("we", "us") collects through ai-prosolutions.com and while working with customers, how we use it, who we share it with and how you can reach us about it.
Information we collect
- What you type into our forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, business name or social handle, email, phone number, city, website, main service, your Google listing link, the service you're interested in and any message you write. If you check the texting box on a form, we record that you agreed to receive texts.
- Google Business Profile access. When you hire us for review work, you may give us manager access to your Google Business Profile. We see what that access shows, such as your reviews and profile details.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or payment details. We see things like your name, email, the amount paid and the last 4 digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Booking details. If you book a call, our booking tool, Cal.com, collects the name, email and other details you enter, and the time you pick.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the site. We don't use analytics tools, advertising trackers or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver what you asked for, such as a free report, free review replies, prompts or a call.
- To do the work you hire us for, including writing and posting review replies you approve.
- To take payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To text or call you, only if you give us your number and ask us to.
- To keep the site working and protect it from spam and abuse.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business, and only what they need to do their part:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar.
- Google, when we work in your Google Business Profile, for example to post review replies. Google also provides the email we use to reply to you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How it's shared
Information moves to these providers over encrypted connections, either because you enter it directly on their service (for example on a Stripe checkout page or the Cal.com calendar) or because their service is built into our site (for example Netlify receiving a form you submit). We don't hand over lists of customer information to anyone else.
How we protect it
- Our site and forms use HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit.
- Access to your information is limited to the people doing the work for you.
- Access to your Google Business Profile is used only for the job you hired us for. After the job, we remove our access or hand it back when you ask.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to work with you, answer your questions and keep the business and tax records the law requires. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
- Deletion and access. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information any time by emailing steven@ai-prosolutions.com. Some payment records may need to be kept for legal reasons.
- Texts. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- Email. Ask us to stop emailing you and we will.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
