Terms of Service

Who we are

AI Pro Solutions ("we", "us") is a locally owned business in Austin, Texas. We help small businesses with Google reviews, websites, follow-up and AI assistants. By buying from us or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Each service is described on its page under Services, including what's included and the price. For example:

• 24-Hour Review Boost, $149 one time. Owner replies to up to 25 Google reviews that don't have a reply yet, plus a review-request text and email and a printable QR code. Done within 24 hours of getting access to your Google Business Profile. You approve every reply before it goes up.
• Website + AI Assistant Bundle, starting at $1,950 one time plus $149 per month. A new website plus AI Assistant Setup in one project.

Prices marked "starting at" are confirmed in writing before work begins. If a service page and a written quote from us differ, the written quote wins.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time services are paid up front unless the service page or your quote says otherwise, such as a deposit to start. Monthly plans are billed automatically each month until you cancel.

Your part

• Give us the access we need, such as manager access to your Google Business Profile, and accurate information about your business.
• Review and approve work when we ask, like review replies before they're posted.
• Make sure you have the right to use anything you send us, such as photos, logos and text.

Timing

Any timeframe we promise starts when you've given us the access we need. If we're waiting on access, information or an approval from you, the clock is paused until we have it.

Refunds and cancellations

• If we haven't started work, you can ask for a full refund.
• If we miss the promised timeframe on the 24-Hour Review Boost, you can ask for a full refund.
• Monthly plans can be canceled any time. Canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't give refunds for partial months.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to help you get found and reviewed, but Google and your customers decide the outcome. We don't guarantee any specific Google ranking, number of reviews, star rating, calls or sales. We only work with real reviews from real customers, never bought or traded.

Your content and accounts

You own your business content and your accounts, including your Google Business Profile, website domain and any accounts we set up for you, which are set up in your name. You can remove our access at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for outages or changes made by third-party services like Google.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. The terms in place when you bought a service apply to that purchase.
